St Thomas City Council meets the first Monday of each month at 7:00pm in the council chambers.

All meetings of the governing body are open to the public.  A member of the public does not have the right to speak at an open meeting. However, if you would like to address the council with your concerns the city allows the first 15 minutes of each meeting to hear from the audience or you may contact the city to be placed on the agenda.
