If you have moved or are moving to St Thomas and would like the services turned on please follow the following procedures:
1. All new residents are required to complete a water application
2. Please submit a $50.00 meter rental fee along with your water application.
3. Please submit a current water meter reading.
4. All property owners of rentals are ultimately responsible for the water account with the City of St Thomas for services to that residence.
