- Dog owners please remember that Section 8-104 of the St Thomas City Ordinance states that dogs are not permitted to run at large at any time within the City of St Thomas; no dog at any time shall be permitted to go upon school grounds unless restrained by a lease.
- A reminder to be courteous to your neighbors as no dog shall be permitted to bark, howl, yelp or cry which may be bothersome or annoying to neighboring residents at any time day or night.
- Please trim all trees or shrubs that are encroaching on roadways.
- Please help our street cleaning efforts by keeping your street gutters clean and by not mowing onto the street.
